Return policy

Please refer to the size chart before purchasing.

We do not do exchanges, you must reorder and follow the return procedure below.

No refunds, a store credit with no expiration date will be sent to you once your return is received and inspected.

Return Policy:

  • No returns on sale items, end of season sales, pre-orders & Christmas pajamas.
  • The return request must be sent within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Item must be in original condition. Unwashed, unworn.
  • All packaging must be in its original condition.
  • A returned item with stains or odors will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

Return Procedure:

You must send an email to support@abibelle.com with the following information: Full name, order number and reason for return.

We will provide you with a pre-paid label which value will be deducted from the credit amount upon receipt of your items, that is to say 9$ + taxes.

* We will contact you within 2-3 business days.

Delivery of a bad or damaged item:

Please email us as soon as possible at support@abibelle.com with the following information: 

  • Full name, 
  • order number
  •  brief description of the problem with the item received

Please attach pictures to the email to support the situation.

We will provide you with a free pre-paid label.

* We will contact you within 2-3 business days.

Cancellation of an order:

You must write to us within 24 hours to cancel an order at info@abibelle.com

It is not possible to cancel a pre-order.

Jewelry:

Please note that all jewelry has a 3 months warranty, after this period we can not replace or refund.
